Shannon Weaver is a Native Hawaiian Artist from the island of Maui. From a young age, she knew she wanted to be an artist and ultimately followed that path, attending the University of Hawaii at Mānoa where she received a Fine Arts Degree in Painting. Her goal has always been to express the beauty of the people, culture, and land, in an effort to honor her Hawaiian heritage. All of her paintings start from an original sketch she creates from her mind's eye. The colors she uses are bright and vibrant, and often integral parts of the Hawaiian culture such as the Hula and the Lei, are brought together boldly in her original oil paintings. Her artwork has traveled around the world, and continues to share aloha with all who experience her incredible images.
Shannon is an active member of Hale Ku‘ai, a hui of Native Hawaiian artists and cultural practitioners, who believe in and support the perpetuation of Hawaiian values, culture, and practices. She also participates in the annual MAMo Festivals held each May, which highlights indigenous artisans throughout Hawaii. Currently, she resides on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Shannon's artwork can be enjoyed on both our Kona coffee packages and on the Monk Seal Foundation cookie package. Quality matted prints of these images are available below. Please contact us if you wish an additional size or giclees print of these images.
